第一屆臺史博料理傳說是臺史博的第一個「公共飲食記憶 NFT 化」實驗計畫，由國立臺灣歷史博物館主辦、畸零地創造股份有限公司規劃執行，旨在藉由推測設計召喚出蘊藏在民眾體內的飲食記憶、透過人類與生成式 AI 的協作鑄造記憶食譜 NFT，並在公眾的集體參與下，共同挑選出最具臺灣當代贈藏意義的傳說食譜 NFT。
The First Taiwan History Museum Culinary Legends is the inaugural "public culinary memory NFT" experimental project by the National Museum of Taiwan History and executed by GroundZero Create Co., Ltd. This project seeks to uncover and preserve public culinary memories through speculative design, generate recipe NFTs through collaboration between humans and AI, and collectively select the most significant contemporary Taiwanese legendary recipe NFTs with public participation.

「公共飲食記憶 NFT 化」實驗計畫於「NFT設計線上工作坊」首度展示 70 個 NFT 創作成果，並以「拍賣會」群眾圍爐的方式進行，由參與實體工作坊的「創作料理廚師」們分享「來自身體的記憶食譜 NFT」的創作故事，彼此交流各地的飲食文化與記憶。每位參與者都動情地分享了「記憶食譜NFT」背後的創作故事。有參與者分享懷念的家鄉特色美食；也有參與者表達對於親人的想念，並透過NFT保存家人的失傳食譜；更有參與者帶著媽媽一起上線分享！每一個故事都讓參與者深受感動。
The "Public Food Memory NFT" experimental project debuted 70 NFT creations at the "NFT Design Online Workshop" through an "Auction Gathering." During this event, participants shared the creation stories behind their "Body Memory Recipe NFTs," exchanging culinary cultures and memories. Stories ranged from hometown delicacies to preserving lost family recipes through NFTs, with one participant even sharing alongside their mother. These narratives deeply moved the audience.
所有在線的「美食收藏家」皆可收藏感興趣的NFT作品，２個當晚最多人收藏的NFT可榮獲第一屆「料理傳說獎」，獲得「臺史博傳說版NFT」作為紀念。
第一屆傳說版 NFT 以經典款進行改造，主要有５個關鍵元素的轉化：（一）乘載記憶的包裝標籤改為金色（二）標籤上的時間資訊與序號更新（三）注入特效讓 NFT 預覽圖像動起來，與一般版區別（四）mapping到包裝上的圖像經過精準校正，更完美地呈現記憶的樣貌（五）將包裝上的條碼升級為國立臺灣歷史博物館的 logo，作為官方認證。
Online "Food Collectors" could collect their favorite NFTs, and the two most collected that evening would receive the first "Culinary Legend Award" along with a "Taiwan History Museum Legend Edition NFT." This special edition NFT features five key transformations: a gold memory-bearing package label, updated time information and serial number, animated preview images, precisely corrected mapped images, and an upgraded barcode to the National Museum of Taiwan History's logo for official certification.
