"本來想說因為昨天已經先聽雅為分享過一次整個冥想和催眠的過程了,我應該今天會少了很多驚喜感,殊不知,真的太令我驚喜了,兩次的冥想過程都讓我哭得稀裡嘩啦。
我走在路上前往超市和回家的景象都是非現實的時空,我幻想自己到了一個超越現實的時空(有點像夢境或生前死後的世界),我到了一家很橘很橘的超市,開門之後聞到的是茉莉花的清香,還有舒服的空調溫度,我推了一個小的購物車,買了兩把蒜、螺肉罐頭、完整一片的乾燥處理過的魷魚,我很明確我今天想做做看媽媽的料理之中我最喜歡的「螺肉蒜」。我回到的家是一個好可愛的小木屋,整棟屋子是木造的,連同木門和木把手,因為是一個理想的國度,自然不需要鑰匙就可以開門了,我輕輕推開門之後,是一個開放式的充滿溫暖黃光的居家空間,我沒有穿上室內拖,我喜歡赤腳踏在家裡,然後我把食材拿到廚房,準備開始烹煮這道我們家過年初二才會吃到的這道湯料理(也是我過年最期待的一道菜)。
在煮湯的過程裡,我在切菜時想起了媽媽教我的切菜方式;我在開螺肉罐頭時想起了媽媽告訴我要小心罐頭的邊角會非常銳利,要我小心丟棄開瓶後的金屬片;我在煮湯時想著的都是我的母親。我不知道為什麼地哭了起來,眼淚流不停,明明母親尚未離世,我卻在做菜的過程,發現我有多麼愛她,有多麼喜歡和她在一起的時光。
第二次冥想的料理是母親在我們很小的時候會做給我們吃的「碎蛋」。食譜很簡單,它就像是一般的煎蛋,只是會在煎蛋的過程用鍋鏟把蛋切碎,最後一定要在盛盤之後淋上甜甜鹹鹹的醬油膏。那是我們小時候睡前肚子餓時,媽媽想到的宵夜料理,我們會吃白粥配碎蛋、肉乾、肉鬆、小菜心罐頭,然後媽媽會在電視前用一個大碗公餵食我和姊姊,一人一口,吃飽之後在母親身旁舒服地入睡。
我的口味和食物記憶,都與母親連結在一起,和她對我的愛煮在一起。
Originally, I thought that since I had already listened to Yawei's sharing about the entire meditation and hypnosis process yesterday, today's session would hold fewer surprises for me. However, I was utterly surprised and moved to tears during both meditations.
As I walked towards the supermarket and home, the scenes felt surreal, as if I were in a dreamlike or otherworldly state. I imagined myself in an intensely orange supermarket, where upon entering, I smelled the fresh scent of jasmine and felt the comfortable air conditioning. I pushed a small shopping cart and picked up two heads of garlic, a can of snail meat, and a whole dried squid. I knew clearly that I wanted to make my favorite dish from my mom’s recipes, ""Snail Meat with Garlic.""
Returning home, I imagined a cute little wooden house, with everything made of wood, including the doors and handles. Since it was an ideal world, I didn't need a key to open the door. I gently pushed open the door to a warm, yellow-lit open space. I walked barefoot, feeling the floor beneath my feet, and took the ingredients to the kitchen to start cooking this dish, which we only eat on the second day of the Lunar New Year and which I always look forward to.
While cooking, I recalled my mom’s way of chopping vegetables as I sliced. Opening the can of snail meat, I remembered her warning me to be careful of the sharp edges and to discard the lid safely. Throughout the cooking process, my thoughts were filled with my mom. I found myself crying uncontrollably, despite my mom still being alive. Cooking made me realize just how much I love her and cherish the times we spend together.
In the second meditation, the dish I made was ""Scrambled Eggs,"" a simple recipe from my childhood. It’s just like regular scrambled eggs, but my mom would break them into pieces with a spatula while cooking and top them with a sweet and salty soy paste. This was our go-to midnight snack when we were hungry before bed. We would eat it with plain porridge, dried meat, pork floss, and canned vegetables. My mom would feed my sister and me from a large bowl in front of the TV, and we would fall asleep comfortably by her side after eating.
My tastes and food memories are deeply intertwined with my mother and her love, which is cooked into every dish she makes for me.

「國立臺灣歷史博物館」為推動國家文化記憶庫之永續發展,融入當代議題、常民生活及在地關懷,連結博物館專業、數位創新思維與多元社群行動,以促進臺灣原生文化之活化運用,鼓勵全民共同開展記憶庫多元主題與主題素材近用。
本計畫案於112年推出《島嶼庫客 Islands Cooker》飲食記憶系列7支影片,探究臺灣飲食的歷史成因,113年延續「餐桌」的概念,加入「未來」元素,委由畸零地創造股份有限公司辦理《島嶼未來料理教室——NFT設計工作坊》,以記憶庫長期深耕之飲食記憶主題,透過非同質化代幣(Non-Fungible Token,以下簡稱 NFT)設計工作坊,增進記憶庫之內容與應用,落實臺灣原生文化之推廣。
《島嶼未來料理教室——NFT設計工作坊》以「推測設計」為核心,反思記憶料理的獨特性,其之於 NFT的當代意義及其飲食文化價值,並將工作坊延伸設計為「發掘身體飲食記憶,運用想像和推測來創造未來島嶼飲食文化」的參與式體驗活動。工作坊由編舞家與引導師,透過一連串的帶領、想像和對話,挖掘及連結蘊藏身體感知中的飲食記憶,並讓參與者書寫飲食記憶;接著由畸零地工作室與生成式AI 「ChatGPT 4o」協作製作出 「記憶食譜 NFT」及文字翻譯;最後線上場以「圍爐」的概念,讓參與者在雲端上互相分享與交流。
這些飲食記憶透過NFT不可替代、數位交換的特性,被永久保存並流傳,期望每個人都能回首屬於自己的飲食記憶和歷史,經由公共化的途徑與媒介,成為社會記憶的一部份,構築社群認同的可能。

By delving into the long-term themes of culinary memories from the Taiwan Cultural Memory Bank and utilizing the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) design workshop, the project aims to enhance the content and application of the memory bank, promoting the dissemination of Taiwan's indigenous culture.
The "Islands Future Cuisine Classroom—NFT Design Workshop" centers on "speculative design," reflecting on the uniqueness of memory cuisine and its contemporary significance and culinary cultural value in relation to NFTs. The workshop is extended into a participatory experiential activity, designed as "discovering culinary memories in body and using imagination and speculation to create future island culinary culture." The workshop, led by choreographers and facilitators, guides participants through a series of activities, including imagination and dialogue, to uncover and connect with culinary memories embedded in their bodily perceptions. Participants then write down their culinary memories. Next, Ground Zero Co., Ltd. collaborates with the generative AI "ChatGPT 4o" to create "Memory Recipe NFTs" and translate the texts. Finally, the online session, based on the concept of "reunion dinner," allows participants to share and exchange their experiences and creations in the cloud.
These culinary memories, preserved and circulated through the non-fungible and digital exchange characteristics of NFTs, are expected to be permanently stored and shared. The goal is for everyone to reflect on their own culinary memories and histories, making them part of societal memory through public pathways and media, thereby fostering a sense of community identity.
