菲國{#馬嘉柏皋#}總統伉儷以國宴款待副總統{#陳誠#}伉儷，並以菲國最高勳章—西凱土納勳章（the Raja of the Order of Sikatuna）以及金心勳章（ the Order of the Golden Heart）分別頒授給陳誠及其夫人。陳誠則代表總統蔣中正，以寶玉勳章（the Order of Brilliant Jade）及特種大綬雲麾勳章（the Special Grnd Cordon of the Propicious Cloud）分別頒授給馬嘉柏皋及其第一夫人。
