根據內政部公布的數據統計,我國2025年第三季平均房價所得比(又稱購屋痛苦指數)已來到9.7倍,房貸負擔率44.53%更接近一半,兩項數值皆超出世界銀行所定義的合理負擔。代表臺灣的一般家庭最少需不吃不喝9年,並投資近一半收入於房貸,才能買得起一間中位數的房子。不健康的數據指標,說明了近年來首購族越發沉重的購屋壓力。 A Place to Call Home: Does Building a Career Still Mean Building a Family? According to statistics released by Taiwan’s Ministry of the Interior, by the third quarter of 2025, Taiwan’s average house price-to-income ratio (also known as the housing affordability index) had reached 9.7, while the mortgage burden rate rose to 44.53%—nearly half of household income. Both indicators exceeded the affordability threshold defined by the World Bank. These figures suggest that an average household in Taiwan would need nine years of unspent income, while devoting nearly half of its income to mortgage payments in order to purchase a median-priced home. Such concerning data metrics reflect the increasingly heavy burden faced by first-time homebuyers in recent years.
