Northern Style Tzung Tzu

According to the diffrent method of cooking, the Taiwanese traditional Tzung Tzu could be classified into two main styles. The northern style is steam cooked and the southern one is cooked by being boiled in water. Besides, in making the northern style Taung Tzu, the deep colored marinade would be added into the sticky rice. Therefore, the northern style Tzung Tzu has deeper color and taste more greasy than southern ones.
