皮膚，它分布、包裹在人體的表層，作為一種與外在接觸的全面感知狀態，往往是一種被侷限的、被忽略的片斷記憶。被侷限的是我們在當下所能接受的有限，被忽略的是我們愚笨駑鈍的感官。Skinistheouterwrappingofthebody,servingasakindofcompleteperceptualapparatusforcontactwiththeoutsideworld.Itisoftenakindoflocalizedandneglectedfragmentedmemory.Localizedbecausewhatwecanacceptatanyonetimeislimited;neglectedbecauseitisourdullestsensoryorgan.試圖尋找一種不易察覺、被遺忘的感知。主要呈現一種直觀的感受，緊張與尷尬的狀態。Thisisanattempttofindthatsensethatisbothdifficulttobeconsciousof,andeasilyforgotten.Thispiecemainlyconveysakindofdirectlyperceivedfeeling,anervousandawkwardcondition.使用數位相機拍攝的自身皮膚微觀的靜態圖片，後製將照片旋轉扭曲成為不斷朝向中心消逝的?y動影像，且因數位相機別於數位攝影機的解析度，才能細膩的表現肌膚的質感。當表皮流動，經過拉扯變形的布幕中心時，當布幕與壓克力屏幕距離增加時產生失焦，失焦的狀態卻因往返的拉扯，又逐漸在清晰與模糊間交替。且布料纖維因為緊繃拉扯的緣故，在某些角度可經由孔隙的擴張，可隱約看見背後清晰的影像。這複合的狀態，其實來自許多單純的靈光乍現，諸如一直以來著重於對人體感知及影像與機械裝置關係的探討。Thisworkisaclose-upphotographofmyownskin,takenwithadigitalcamera.Ilaterturnedandtwistedtheimageintoamovingimagethatconstantlydisappearstowardsthecenter.Astheresolutionofdigitalcamerasishigherthanthatofdigitalvideorecorders,Iwasabletoexquisitelydisplaythetextureoftheskin.Whenthemobileskinpassesbythepulledcenter,thedistancebetweentheclothandtheacrylicisincreased,causingalossoffocus.Yetthisfocusinturngraduallyshuttlesbetweenclarityandblurrinessduetothepullinganddragging.Astheclothfibersarestretched,onecanfaintlyseefromcertainanglesthedistinctimagebehindit.Thiscompleximageoriginatedinnumeroussimpleinspirations,suchasmyconstantexplorationoftherelationshipbetweenbodilyperceptions,imagesandinstallations.微觀的皮膚表層影像，乃臆想人身上若是有個孔動會不斷的將皮吸入，不停止的往某點消逝。而相對於消失點的模糊，由一條細索緊緊拉扯的表皮，像是無意的拉扯一支毛髮之類的觸感。Thisclose-upimageoftheskinmakesyousuddenlyimagineaholeonyourbodythatcontinuouslysucksyourskintowardsavanishingpoint.However,thevaguenessofthevanishingpointalsoholdsathinthreadtightlypullingtheskin,likeahairbeingpulledaccidentally.於是在許多尚未明白的明白間，試圖將想法付諸實體：皮膚影像的映射、表皮纖維的拉扯變形與空間中懸置緊張的拉扯線。藉此作的完成，尋找感知邊界外的可能。Asaresult,withintheunderstandingbeyondunderstanding,Iattempttotransformmythoughtsintoobjects:thelightcastontheskin,changesinshapeduetopullingontheskinfibers,andthelinesuspendedinmid-airthatpullstightlyontheskin.Thisworksearchesforpossibilitiesoutsideofperceptuallimitations.
