平鎮延平路日式宿舍
平鎮延平路日式宿舍於107年登錄為歷史建築，據說為日本空軍神風特攻宿舍，現址於原中壢農校附近，戰後一度轉做中壢農校宿舍。
其建築平面屬雙拼格局的建築，屋頂保留古樸黑色屋瓦，台基處為磚造基腳的作法，日本木製窗櫺及外牆的雨淋板屋身，其中一戶之室內裝修亦有保存，「欄間」之裝修為竹製，具有特色。因地點鄰近中壢老街溪與各歷史建築，未來朝向整合周邊環境、文化資源進行活化保存。

The Japanese-style dormitory on Yanping Rd., Pingzhen, is registered historical building in 2018. The alleged dormitory for Kamikaze was near the old Zhongli Agricultural School and served as the dorms for the school for a period of time after WWII. The duplex structure features unsophisticated black tile roof and brick footing, Japanese style wooden window frames, clapboard siding, preserved interior decoration in one of the rooms, and the bamboo transom (Ranma). The premise, situated closely to Zhongli Old Street and other historic buildings, is included in the project of area renovation for preservation and re-utilization.
