錦發為三落二過水格局，牌樓面仍維持日治時期的風貌。圓頂兩側的短柱有蝙蝠口銜銅錢的雕飾，引申為「福在眼前」；騎樓間柱為圓柱，底接方形柱珠，上有仿多立克式柱頭，柱身與牌樓面都以洗石子裝修。

    "Jin-fa has a three-luo, two-guoshuei layout; its arcade facade kept the Japanese colonial style. The short side pillars next to the dome are carved with an open-mouthed bat picking up the coins to suggest "blessings here and now." It takes after Greek's Doric Order with the circular columns bottomed with squared cushions, applying washed granolithic on the pillars and arcade facade."
