　　金源為三落二過水格局，第二落大廳祭拜神明，頭落後方的空間與之對望，不適合做為房間，只能設「廳」，因朝向與大廳相反，所以稱為「倒向廳」，為金源建築的一大特色。

    With a layout of three "luo" enclosures and two rain-avoiding corridors, and due to its positioning, while the second enclosure is used as an ancestral hall, it is only proper to have the rooms at its opposite end (at the rear of the first enclosure) made into an "Oppositional Hall" instead of bedrooms. The latter thus became a unique feature named on site.
