　　興建者不詳，日治時期為酒品販售店，走廊上的木製櫥櫃當年用來存放酒品，仍留存至今。此屋於1998年曾經整修，立面裝飾文樣部分重作，整體外觀特色為前落的巴洛克式立面山牆形式、騎樓的柵門和「雨戶」構造。

    Its original owner was unknown, but it was a wholesale liquor business during Japanese colonial times; the wooden cabinets on the corridor used for bottle placing are kept. It underwent renovation in 1998, with partial changes to the facade, while in keeping with the Baroque-styled gables, fenced-gate at the veranda, and wooden storm shutter.
