史料原文/譯文Lin Qizhen's Tomb was set at the family tomb in 1864. A round hill-shaped tomb, it faces farmland, with trees planted next to it as token of blessings for the offspring (typical of Qing Dynasty's commoners).
Inscriptions on the Tomb found "the state of Chenhai," referring to a particular area in Guangdong Province, China, with Lin Qizhen born c.1796, and came to Taiwan c.1820. Its historical value lies in it being a direct source of evidence of Han people's reclamation efforts in Bade during the Qing Dynasty, and a more than 150-year-old mountain-shaped stone table with folkloric flair.
In 2009, the Tomb was moved due to Bade's redevelopment plans. To highlight Bade's reclamation history, the Taoyuan County government placed a memorial tablet for the tomb in
a park near its original site.
